The Local Solway Sea bass season has started ! We have had a number of deliveries already, from our local fisherman who line fishes off the coast at Beckfoot, near Silloth.

They are caught the morning of delivery and are as fresh as you can get !

Providing the tides are suitable, we should have a constant supply of the wild sea bass through the season, into September of October. The size of the fish can vary, but generally we have fish available to suit a meal for 2/4 or 6 people.
