New Spring Sushi Menu launching Friday 17th April 2015.


The new spring sushi menu is available from Friday the 17th of April at Fyne fish in Cockermouth.

The new menu features some new flavours, as well as some requested old favourites.

A new item in the Nigiri box, includes smoked eel, with a traditional eel sauce..... a must try !

We have increased the sashimi platter to include 4 varations. Raw Tuna, Salmon, Scallop and the lime cured seabass, dressed with blanched samphire and Japanese radish and served with a wasabi & yuzu soy dressing.

We have improved our range of sushi boxes available, and as well as offering the cooked, mixed and raw bite boxes, and scatter bowls, we can now offer you a whole Californian roll, or a spicy tuna savoury roll. Both fat rolls sliced into 8 portions !
