As the weather improves for the summer, we have put a pause on making our 'Oven ready fish pies' and substituted them with a lighter more summery option !

Our new Oak Smoked Salmon Quiche are a delight served hot or cold, made with the ever so popular oak smoked salmon, from Fort William, gruyere cheese, broccoli and dill... a must try !
