Teachers at 'Richard Rose Academy'

in Carlisle, were treated to a lovely lunch on their inset day on the 3rd of September.

Its not something that we are requested to do much, its almost gone out of fashion really, so it was a joy to dress both whole salmon and salmon fillets. ~ We were informed afterwards, from a source in the know, that every mouth full was enjoyed !
