After the devestating events of this last weekend, where Cockermouth among other Cumbrian towns were flooded beyond belief, we are relieved to be able to say thats its business as usual at Fyne fish.

Its almost with some guilt, that I can confirm we escaped completley unscathed by the flood water, which managed to creep only about 10 metres from our front door. Unfortunatly for many, the water has ruined their business premises, however the Cockermouth gang are a resiliant lot........ and it wont be long before they are back on their feet, doors open ready for trade.

Its vital that towns like Cockermouth are on your list of places to shop ! What the town needs now is foot flow ! So Make Cockermouth your venue for Christmas shopping this year !
